About Me

Hello,

I’m a digital marketing professional who, having worked in marketing for over 10 years, made the move in 2019 into the freelancing world.

Brought up just outside the village of Netherbury, I moved back to the Westcountry after over 15 years away. In that time I lived and worked in Australia and then Brighton, learning all things marketing from the bottom up. From learning the basics at Komedia in Brighton, to managing the email strategy at The Student Room and then Toolstation, I have covered a lot of ground across many sectors, both B2B and B2C.

My time at The Student Room was invaluable, being given the opportunity to learn many skills: PPC, website optimisation and design, social media for business, automated email marketing and SEO to name a few. Nothing online stays the same for long so it’s a constant learning process; you have to stay curious!

The beauty of the internet is being able to work from where you really want to be and create whatever you can imagine. With this in mind I took the leap into freelancing, being able to offer my experience from where I am happiest; the smallest cottage in Crewkerne, with my partner Martin and our beasties, Wilma the original spotty dog and Luna the calico cat.

Maybe you have a business that needs a stronger online presence, or you don’t have time to manage the online side, or perhaps you just want to get better with social media and what it can offer. Please feel free to drop me a message or give me a call; even if you may not need anything right now, it would be great to get to know you.

Speak soon!

Miranda
