Full-time position managing the email marketing for a database of over 700k contacts. In my time at Toolstation I oversaw the implementation of a series of automated email programs: Welcome, Abandoned Browse and Abandoned Cart.
I also managed the sending of three marketing emails a week and social media content in the absence of a Social Media Manager.
The Student Room
I spent over four years with this online student forum, focusing on email marketing, social media, PPC and website optimisation.
For the last two years I managed the email marketing which covered adhoc emails and automated programs to boost site engagement. I also ran a full email audit of the company and built a new strategy based on the report.
Association for Coaching
I supported the marketing strategy for Coaching in the Workplace 2020, a global, online coaching conference.
Responsibilities covered co-ordinating email marketing, social media management, website optimisation, liaising with speakers and live support during the conference.
During my time with this executive search firm, I managed the social media accounts and interviewed key figures within procurement to provide content for the website.
I also designed all printwork including business cards, business proposals, roller banners and keynote presentations.
Managed email marketing communications and social media for this music and comedy venue. This also involved designing powerpoint displays and printed posters for the venue.
Additionally, I was the face of customer service and liaised directly with promoters so my multi-tasking skills are well developed!
